Reedley
The Fresno City College baseball team continued to roll through Central Valley Conference play, extending its dominant stretch with a three-game sweep of Reedley last week.
The Rams set the tone early in the series, using a strong offensive performance to claim a 10–5 victory in Game 1.
Fresno City carried that momentum into the second game, where its pitching staff took control in a 6–1 win, limiting Reedley's opportunities and keeping the pressure on throughout.
By the time the series finale arrived, the Rams left no doubt.
Fresno City erupted at the plate and cruised to a 13–2 victory, completing the sweep emphatically and reinforcing its 17-1 position as one of the top teams in the conference.
With the series in hand, the Rams now briefly step away from conference play.
Fresno City (30-2) will travel to face San Joaquin Delta on Tuesday before returning home to host the Mustangs on Thursday, looking to carry its momentum into the nonconference matchup.
