The Fresno City College women's soccer team wrapped up the Central Valley Conference title with a 10-0 victory over Porterville on Nov. 4.
That win gave the Rams an outright CVC title.
Following a 7-1 win over Lemoore on Friday, Rams coach Oliver Germond said the goal has always remained the same.
"Our goal is to win the conference and try to get to the final four," Germond said. "It's important for us to win next week as well, because of the power points for the playoffs. We try not to celebrate the conference (championships) because we want to win those last two games."
Fresno City will close out regular-season play against Lake Tahoe on Tuesday and Reedley on Nov. 14.
The Rams took care of Lemoore on Nov. 7, winning 7-1.
It was a dominating performance.
Jackie Saechao led the way for the Rams when she finished with two goals.
"We're kind of excited because I feel like we're doing a lot of good things," Germond said.
"We've been dominant in the conference, and it feels a lot about how hard our players work. That is what it's all about. We put in a lot of time and effort to get to where we're at every year, and it's a nice year rewarded with another conference (title).
